This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement key strategies to drive traffic and enhance customer purchases.Key Responsibilities:Manage CRM, email, and media strategy for the GBIntegrate and optimize websites to drive traffic and salesCollaborate with agency partners, to execute social media campaignsSupport CRM and media operations, roll out new technology, and ensure compliance with legal requirements for AIPlan CRM journeys and automation triggers in partnership with the agencyOversee an SEO specialist and coordinate with CRM personnel from PHDWork with a team of 8 within the D2C unit, focusing on digital content, CRM, and mediaWork closely with the marketing department while enjoying significant autonomy and hands-on implementationWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, SEO, and media strategy (CRM and media are essential)A background in beauty, fashion, or similar industriesProven experience in smaller companies or successful beauty start-ups (would be beneficial)Hands-on, operational approach rather than a head-of-role mindsetD2C experience is preferred, though not essentialIf this sounds of interest to you, please apply now or email
