CRM Project Manager

A global marketing consultancy is currently recruiting a CRM Project Manager who has 5 years of commercial experience handling multiple project campaigns working alongside cross-functional development teams that utilise CRM platforms such as Marketo, Adobe, or Adobe Campaign. Our client is looking to pay a basic salary up to £80,000 (DOE) + quarterly bonus to be based in London 3 x PW.

In this role you’ll be working on marketing automation implementations and complex CRM journeys. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction reporting into the C-Suite members of staff working partnering with several highly reputable global brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mar-Tech project management within a marketing / agency environment specifically working with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Adobe or Marketo (however other CRM experience would be accepted).

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans
• Work with the Account Management team to effectively communicate resource requirements, ensuring appropriate utilisation and chargeability
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, in alignment with client objectives and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues, and managing expectations
• Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements
• Proactively identifying and leading initiatives that drive business value and continuous improvement

Core skill requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the marketing technology (MarTech) industry, preferably in a consultancy/agency environment is essential
• Strong understanding of MarTech concepts, platforms, and tools, preferably with experience with Adobe products is essential
• Experience of fixed price implementations and CRM tools is essential
• Experience using Microsoft project or Smartsheet is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is essential
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
