This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused CRM professional with experience in campaign strategy and activation to play a key role in developing and delivering personalised, data-driven communications throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You'll help create seamless, relevant and engaging experiences across multiple channels while contributing to the evolution of a modern luxury client journey.

The Role

As a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist, you will support the development and execution of strategic CRM communications that place the customer at the heart of every interaction. Working alongside stakeholders across the business, you will help shape meaningful customer touchpoints, optimise communication journeys and ensure best-in-class campaign activation across global markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with international teams and contribute to the future direction of a leading luxury automotive brand's customer experience strategy.

📋Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and ongoing development of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Client Experience Framework.
Assist in the delivery of strategic omni-channel communications across the complete customer lifecycle.
Support the rollout of global CRM programmes across multiple markets, driving consistency and best-practice campaign activation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships and ensure successful programme delivery.
Use data, insights and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced personalisation.
Help optimise customer journeys and communication touchpoints to deliver more relevant, engaging and effective client experiences.
Contribute to the development of strategic modern luxury communications across the Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery brands.

We're looking for an enthusiastic CRM professional who combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll bring:

Experience within CRM, customer lifecycle marketing or campaign strategy.
A strong understanding of multi-channel campaign planning and activation.
Experience mapping customer journeys and optimising communications to improve engagement and personalisation.
An appreciation of the role data plays in creating insight-led customer experiences.
Experience delivering consistent one-to-one messaging across multiple communication channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working within Agile environments and managing agency relationships.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge or experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its associated Studios.
Previous experience supporting global CRM programmes or customer journey initiatives.
