BACKGROUND
EvolveYou was co-founded in 2019 by personal trainer Krissy Cela and fitness entrepreneur Jack Bullimore, with a dream of creating a global fitness community that would help women build strength and confidence from the inside out.
Learning from her own experiences, Krissy realised that both the gym, and fitness generally, can be intimidating for women who are starting out. She made it her goal to change that for the better. By fusing fitness and technology to create a platform that would expertly guide its users on their fitness journey, EvolveYou was born!
The EvolveYou community grew quickly and has become central to everything we do. It’s fuelled by women supporting each other to feel fitter and more confident, because how you feel matters.

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Build and implement the CRM strategy across the whole customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention and win-back
- Implement push notifications, in-app messages, content cards and emails through our CRM tool (Braze)
- Analyse CRM performance and produce reports & recommendations
- Improve company’s churn rate through deeper segmentation and personalisation, creating relevant communications with different kind of customers
- Map the customer journeys analysing different touch points to maximise commercial and engagement opportunities
- Continuous A/B test on copy and audiences to improve current KPIs
ABOUT YOU
- You have strong CRM experience, leading planning, development and end-to-end campaign execution
- You have excellent organisational skills and are able to deliver at a fast pace in a high-growth environment
- You are an analytical individual always looking for the simplest solutions
- You are obsessed with user experience and always looking for ways to improve the customer journey
- You genuinely care about customer experience and educating our users in building better habits
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- Push notifications and email campaigns management experience
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Previous experience with Braze or equivalent system
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Ambitious and willing to take ownership
- A passion for health and fitness
- Experience working with a subscription (beneficial)
