Over the past 3 years, this leading Criminal Team has gone from strength to strength, achieving incredible growth and building a reputation for delivering exceptional results in even the most complex criminal matters. Due to continued expansion, they’re now looking to bring on board a Crown Court Caseworker + Accredited Police Station Representative to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As a key member of the defence team, you’ll work on a wide range of serious and high-profile cases, preparing matters for Crown Court and representing clients from initial arrest through to trial. You’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the most respected criminal defence solicitors and advocates in the sector.

You’ll be involved in cases covering:

• Violent offences – from common assault to manslaughter and murder
• Sexual offences – including sexual assault and rape
• Dishonesty offences – including burglary, complex fraud, and robbery conspiracies
• Firearms offences – including representation at Firearm & Shotgun License appeals
• Drug offences – from possession to major conspiracy cases
• Regulatory offences – such as breaches under the Insolvency Act, Environmental Act, and Health & Safety legislation

About You:

• You’re an experienced Crown Court Caseworker and/or Accredited Representative
• You’ve worked across a wide range of criminal matters, including serious and complex cases
• You’re confident in client handling and case preparation, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Police Station Accreditation is a strong advantage (but not essential depending on experience)
