Croydon Council - NEC Implementation Consultant - Generous Compensation

Croydon Council in the summer 2023 moved from OHMS housing management system to an upgraded system NEC Housing. The Council is looking for an implementation consultant to help the 400+ users in using this new system.
The modules that went live in the summer include, but are not limited to:
Rents and Arrears, Repairs, Voids, Housing Advice, Placements, Allocations, PSL, Tenancy Management, Planned Maintenance, Mutual Exchange, Property Purchase, Service Charges, Lettings.
Most of the on-boarding of the new NEC housing has already been completed - but the Council is now moving into a phase 2 of development, taking on new modules which include but are not limited to:
Asbestos Register, Asset Management, Choice Based Lettings.

Specific skills set required for the Implementation Consultant:
* Knowledge of housing within a local authority preferably within London
* Experience of training delivery for NEC Housing (previously Northgate)
* Willingness to travel to sites in Croydon
* Assist with development of training materials and aids
* Experience of classroom and virtual training
* In depth experience of using MS teams
* Support for end users - dealing with ServiceNow requests
* Planning training dates, venues, user management
* Training needs analysis and session design
* Course outlines
* Communication skills, helping users in their daily use of the system.
