What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils.
• Using a range of creative strategies—such as sensory activities, behaviour support, and therapeutic approaches—to support learning.
• Working closely with families, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure each child receives the right support.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
• Monitoring progress and adapting your teaching to keep things fresh, effective, and enjoyable.

What We’re Looking For:

• You hold QTS or QTLS.
• You have experience working in SEN settings and understand the challenges and rewards that come with it.
• You’re a strong communicator who works well with others and builds positive relationships.
• You’re patient, creative, and flexible in your approach.
• Most importantly, you care deeply about helping young people succeed.
