The successful candidate will have experience of developing execution algos and crypto arbitrage trading strategies across both cefi / exchanges and on-chain / defi venues. They should have experience in rust and likely expert python skills. Experience-wise, they will have experience of developing market making, basis trading or arbitrage strategies and execution algos. The expectation is they will have exposure to on-chain trading across at least Ethereum and EVM chains but likely Solana as well. They should be well versed in HFT.

The role will be to work directly with our trading and asset management teams to develop trading strategies and execution algos covering in particular, on chain / decentralised exchange (DEX) venues and centralised (CEX) exchanges

Expert in Rust
Strong experience in a trading environment
Crypto experience – ideally professional experience
Financial services experience – trading/algo desk
Good experience of crypto exchange trading/execution.
Good experience of on-chain / decentralised exchange trading, arbitrage & execution.
Experience of developing execution algorithms.
