CSCS Handyman

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CSCS Handyman to join our team, providing essential maintenance and repair services across various construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities

* Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across construction sites, including carpentry, roofing, and painting.

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures as required.

* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.

* Fabricate components or structures as needed for ongoing projects.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including CSCS standards.

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Skills

* Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work.

* Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for construction tasks.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures within the construction industry.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions is advantageous.

* Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
