We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently looking to fill the below CSCS / NVQ 2nd FixJoinery role in Lytham St Annes (FY8).
CSCS Carded Joiner required for an IMMEDIATE START on a commercial Church rennovation works in Site in Lytham St Annes that require a skilled floor layer to comple floor joists and associated.
Scope of Works Includes:
* Installation of floor joists, internal doors, frames,
* Skirting boards and architraves
* Staircase installation and finishing
* Final fix carpentry to a high standard
Project Details:
* Location: Lytham St Annes
* Start Date: Tuesday 5th May

Requirements:
* Proven experience on residential new build projects
* Ability to meet site deadlines and quality standards
* CSCS card (minimum requirement)
* Own tools and transport
