CSCS Labourer – Transition into Sign Fitter Role

Location: Near Yateley, Hampshire
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Travel: Nationwide – clean UK driving licence required

We’re recruiting for a hands-on, reliable labourer to join a busy signage company as a Sign Fitter. This role involves travelling across the country, installing bespoke signage on construction and commercial sites as part of a close-knit installation team.

What the role involves:

• Installing custom signage at construction and commercial sites
• Working with power tools and fixings to complete accurate installations
• Travelling nationwide in a company vehicle
• Loading/unloading signage and securing it safely on-site
• Following strict health and safety protocols
• Representing the company professionally while on-site

What we’re looking for:

• CSCS card (valid or previously held)
• Full UK driving licence (clean is essential due to insurance)
• Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement for van use)
• Hands-on, practical mindset with a good work ethic
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Previous signage or site installation experience is a bonus but not required
