CSCS Labourer

Site and Subfloor Preparation: Clearing, sweeping, and cleaning the working environment. For flooring, this includes stripping out old materials, grinding down old adhesives, and assisting with subfloor screeding or leveling.

* Pre-Installation Setup: Laying down foundational elements such as underlay, carpet grippers, and door bars so the skilled fitters can immediately begin laying the final surface.

* Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and safely moving heavy, awkward materials (like large vinyl rolls, boxes of luxury vinyl tiles, and industrial adhesive drums) from delivery vans into the building.

* Assisting Tradespeople: Ensuring the floor layers are continuously supplied with the right tools, adhesives, and materials to maintain project momentum.
