CSCS Labourer - £14.12 per hour PAYE

Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer to join major, long-term construction and infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects, with ongoing work expected throughout 2026 and beyond.

Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrades designed to modernise critical facilities at the UK's largest RAF station.

Working Pattern

7 days on / 2 days off or 12 days on / 2 days off

Pay Rates - PAYE

£14.12 per hour PAYE - Standard Rate
£17.65 per hour PAYE - Overtime after 10 hours
£18.78 per hour PAYE - Night Rate (7pm-7am)
£21.18 per hour PAYE - Weekend Rate

Your Role as a CSCS Labourer

As a Labourer, you will support the site team with a range of general construction duties, helping to maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out general labouring duties across the construction site
Assisting skilled tradespeople and site operatives as required
Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
Assisting with deliveries and the movement of materials
Supporting site preparation and general construction activities
Operating basic tools and equipment where trained and authorised
Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of work areas
Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses immediately
Assisting with waste removal and maintaining good housekeeping
Supporting the wider site team when required
Following all site, health & safety and MOD procedures

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have:

A valid CSCS Labourer card
Previous experience working as a Labourer on a construction or civil engineering site
A good understanding of construction site health & safety
Experience working around construction materials, plant and machinery
Good communication skills
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team
Previous experience on large construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects is advantageous

Security clearance requirements may apply due to the military environment
