CSCS Labourer - Staines

Job Title: Site Labourer
Location: Staines, Surrey
Start Date: July 2026
Rate: £14.24 - £16.55 per hour (Dependent on preferred pay type)About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Labourer to join our dynamic site team to maintain clean, safe, and efficient sites of our leading main contractor in Staines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintaining site cleanliness, managing waste, and clearing plots to support the sub-contractors and site management team.
Attending to the welfare on site, as well as being proactive in the on-site duties.
Assisting with the safe unloading and distribution of building materials across the site.
Ensuring all walkways and fire escapes remain clear and adhering strictly to site safety rules.Required Qualifications and Experience

Valid CSCS Card Green Labourer
Proven experience working as a Labourer on busy commercial construction sites.
Strong reliability, a hard-working ethos, and excellent teamwork skills.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe cap boots).
