CSCS Card
Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
Whites and Tools
Previous onsite experience
Two working references
Job Duties 

Residential works
Preparing surfaces
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
