Painter will need Blue Skilled CSCS card, PPE , Tools and references

Painter will be doing preparation, Gloss and emulsion works.

Painter rate - : £20 per hour paid via UTR or PAYE umbrella

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments through high-quality painting work. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. As a Painter, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces.

Responsibilities

* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.

* Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with project specifications.

* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

* Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in painting residential or commercial properties is preferred.

* Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence.

* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

* Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.

* Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
