THE COMPANY:

This startup has quickly gained traction and is scaling rapidly yet sustainably.. Their vision is to create an engaging learning platform, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a team building something impactful.

THE ROLE:

A CTO will need to look at:

• Defining and implementing the tech vision.
• Managing a growing team
• Architect scalable solutions
• Focus on optimising current pipelines
• Maintaining a balancebetween strategic leadership and being hands on.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CTO will have the following skills and experience:

• Full Stack/Engineering leadership experience
• Scale up/Start up experience
• Experience in MERN: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £150,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
