Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and vision for the company's technology roadmap and product development

- Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers, including setting clear objectives, prioritizing tasks, and mentoring team members

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions and ensure their scalability, stability, and security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and provide recommendations on new technologies and tools to enhance the company's technical capabilities

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to deliver projects within budget and on schedule

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners and vendors

- Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize products and processes

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards and regulations in all technology operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technology teams and delivering complex projects

- Strong understanding of software development processes, project management methodologies, and quality assurance principles

- In-depth knowledge of web development, cloud computing, and mobile application development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with company objectives

- Proactive and adaptable leader with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
