As an Employment Specialist, the successful candidate will manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised advice, guidance and practical support to help them achieve their employment goals. The role involves building strong relationships with local employers, identifying suitable job opportunities, and working closely with health and community partners to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
The successful candidate will be confident engaging with customers, motivating them to overcome challenges, and supporting their progression into sustainable employment. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, achieving performance and quality targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout every stage of the journey.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £26,000 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
