Deployment and support of enterprise wide multi-cluster, multi-site Cisco UC infrastructure.

Day to day/BAU activities for end user support.

Design and configure CM for remote sites.

Deployment of 5-600 user sites.

Cube configuration for remote sites and Global SIP (Dial Peers and Dial plans)

Cisco Video endpoint deployment and support/TMS
