Cup Crew - Sports Venue

TWG Group is currently seeking enthusiastic Cup Crew members to join our team. We provide flexible shifts at a well -known Sports Ground in Taunton, where you'll have the opportunity to be part of exciting sporting events, concerts, and much more throughout the upcoming summer months.

Responsibilities:

• Predominantly sorting cups and working behind bars, bringing cups back to the sorting areas.
  
• Ensure efficient cup management and contribute to the smooth operation of the venue.
  
• Provide excellent customer service to supporters.
  

• Ownership of a smartphone to utilise our app for scheduling and communication purposes.
  
• Strong customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience to event attendees.
  
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
  
• A positive "can -do" attitude that brings enthusiasm to the workplace.
  
• Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

2. Download and install the "TWG Staff" app on your IOS or Android device.

3. Create a profile within the app by providing the requested details.
   
4. Complete your profile by booking an induction.
   • Select the office as "Bristol" and choose a date and time for your online induction.
     
5. Once your induction request is received, we will send you a text message with details for the Zoom induction, which typically lasts 20 -30 minutes.
   
6. After attending the Zoom induction, we will verify your staff profile, and you will be able to sign up for shifts.
