About the Role - Curriculum Development Manager

As the curriculum development manager, you will be at the helm of designing and delivering innovative and engaging courses tailored to adult learners. You will lead curriculum innovation projects, collaborate with academic partners, and manage relationships with freelance course developers. Your role will be critical in ensuring the development and delivery of courses that meet industry standards and address the needs of adult learners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and development of new courses and programmes

• Managing academic partnerships and service collaborations

• Coordinating with awarding bodies and content providers

• Negotiating contracts and timelines with freelance developers

• Advising on instructional design and learning experience

• Supporting training centres with academic development

• Keeping the course catalogue fresh, relevant, and future-ready

• Assisting marketing with course documentation and promotion
