Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)

We are recruiting a Curriculum Leader for Maths to join an inclusive, forward-thinking 11-16 secondary school in Luton. The ideal candidate will bring subject leadership experience or be a strong classroom teacher ready to step into middle leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Maths curriculum across KS3 and KS4

• Ensure consistency in teaching and learning across the department

• Oversee planning, assessment, and progress tracking

• Support the development of new strategies to raise attainment
