All Together Education is recruiting a Curriculum Leader of Mathematics for a school in Aylesbury.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Maths teacher ready to move into leadership, or an established subject leader looking to develop a department and improve pupil outcomes.

You will lead the development and delivery of the Maths curriculum, support colleagues and help pupils build confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead curriculum planning and development across Mathematics.

* Deliver engaging lessons that support pupils of different abilities.

* Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and sharing effective practice.

* Use assessment to identify misconceptions and plan targeted support.

* Promote positive behaviour and high expectations across the department.

The successful candidate will have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Strong experience teaching Mathematics.

* Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management.

* Leadership experience or evidence of readiness for a curriculum leadership role.

* A commitment to inclusive teaching and improving pupil outcomes.
