An ambitious and growing secondary school in Luton is seeking a Curriculum Leader for Science to lead a vibrant, multi-disciplinary department. This is an excellent opportunity for a current subject lead or experienced teacher seeking to move into curriculum leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead KS3-KS4 Science curriculum development and assessment

• Coordinate the delivery of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons

• Implement effective intervention strategies for student progress

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to staff training
