On behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking college in the Newham area, we are seeking a Curriculum Manager - Adult Provision to lead and innovate within their adult education offer. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a dedicated education leader who thrives on developing inclusive, skills-based learning that meets the needs of the local community.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead the adult learning provision to ensure innovation, high-quality delivery, and strong learner outcomes

• Work collaboratively with employers, community partners, and stakeholders to co-design responsive curriculum pathways

• Manage teaching staff and curriculum resources to deliver on KPIs and strategic priorities

• Champion learner progress, engagement, and wellbeing across all adult programmes

• Deliver 7-12 hours of teaching per week to model best practice and remain connected to the classroom

We're looking for someone who has:

• A degree or substantial vocational expertise in a relevant area

• A full teaching qualification (or currently working towards)

• Proven leadership and teaching experience in adult education

• Excellent understanding of adult education funding and local labour market needs

• A collaborative, learner-focused mindset and strong communication skills
