Our Construction Crafts faculty is at the forefront of construction education. We provide a diverse range of further education courses and apprenticeships. These include Entry Level Qualifications, Construction Crafts Diplomas, Apprenticeship Standards, Adult Courses and a successful Schools Partnership Provision. We’re seeking a passionate and innovative leader to help drive our continued growth and success.

Your Role: Make a Difference:

As Curriculum Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Construction Crafts to:

Drive effective curriculum management and achieve high standards in student learning and outcomes.

Manage specific curriculum areas, student groups, and staff, ensuring excellence in education delivery.

Take an active role in innovation, introducing and leading new developments to advance our curriculum and teaching practices.
What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with:

A proven track record of good/outstanding teaching, assessing or training in construction and the built environment.

A full teaching qualification (minimum Level 5) or a willingness to work towards.

A relevant vocational or professional qualification at Level 3 or higher, alongside industry experience and knowledge.

Strong communication skills to inspire and support both adults and young people in achieving their learning and career goals.

Experience in managing staff and curriculum is desirable but not essential.
