Are you an experienced Maths educator with a passion for leadership and curriculum development? We're seeking a dynamic Curriculum Manager for Maths to lead and inspire a team delivering outstanding teaching and learning in Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, delivery, and development of Maths programmes across a range of levels.
• Provide academic leadership to ensure high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Manage a team of Maths educators, supporting their professional growth and performance.
• Oversee curriculum design, quality assurance, and student outcomes in line with educational standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives within the department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Substantial teaching experience in Mathematics (GCSE and Functional Skills essential; A-Level desirable).
• Proven leadership experience in an academic setting.
• Strong track record of improving student performance and engagement.
• Ability to lead on curriculum planning, quality assurance, and staff development.
• Relevant teaching qualification and a degree in a related subject.
