Job Title: Curriculum Mapping Administrator
Location: North London – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: £34,824 per Annum (Including London Weighting)
Contract Type: Fixed Term / Full Time (1 Year)
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Interview Date: Tuesday 08 July 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Mapping Administrator to join a forward-thinking team. This is a new role designed to support the delivery of a key initiative - the implementation of curriculum mapping within a prestigious higher education institution.

As a Curriculum Mapping Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately updating and inputting course data into Sofia, the curriculum mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents into curriculum mapping software
Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
Working closely with the project team and colleagues to understand data requirements
Creating processes to maintain the relevance and accuracy of course data within the curriculum mapping software
Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working with data in a higher education setting
Be comfortable managing large amounts of data effectively
Have proficiency with tools like Excel, Word, and familiarity with VLE platforms (such as Moodle)
Be highly organised and detail-oriented
