You will be joining one of the UK's leading technical education providers. With increasing demand for skilled engineers and ongoing investment in apprenticeships and facilities, the organisation is growing its team - and is now looking for a passionate educator to join as a Curriculum Team Lead in the Engineering department.

In this role, you'll be based in modern, well-equipped workshops and classrooms, leading a team of engineering lecturers while also delivering practical and classroom-based sessions in Mechanical Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in Further Education or training environments and a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering. You don't need prior management experience - just the leadership qualities, technical background, and passion for driving high-quality teaching.

The Role:

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Engineering Lecturers and Trainers
• Oversee delivery of practical and classroom-based Mechanical Engineering training
• Contribute to curriculum planning and quality improvement
• Monday to Friday - 37 hours/week

The Person:

• Experience teaching in FE or a training environment
• Background in Mechanical Engineering
• Passion for developing others and improving teaching standards
• No prior management experience required - leadership training provided
