The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer support while managing key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer schedules Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone Prepare, check and distribute documentation accurately and on time Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where required Process requests and maintain accurate records Support customers with system and process queries Monitor service levels and produce reports Assist with system testing and continuous improvement activities Provide cover and support across the wider team when required
About You
Previous experience within an administration, coordination, customer service or account support role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused
Desirable
Familiarity with CRM or workflow management systems
