Customer Account Coordinator

A well-established and nationally renowned manufacturer based in Shipley is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join its Sales team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is a long-term opportunity, with the contract expected to continue well into 2027, making the Customer Account Coordinator position ideal for someone looking for stability while gaining further experience within a busy sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service
Prepare quotations, primarily for Spares customers, and process customer orders
Manage customer correspondence and follow up enquiries to ensure customers receive a timely response
Complete general administration duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
What's on offer to the Customer Account Coordinator

£15.74 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Admin-Flexi working pattern Monday to Thursday core hours of 9:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-3:00pm
Friday core hours of 9:30am-1:00pm, with an early finish once the 37.5 hours have been completed
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales, ideally involving telephone and email communication
Excellent communication skills with good written and verbal English
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
