Job Description - Customer Account Executive

The role

We're looking for a Customer Account Executive to support our Customer Accounts Team. In this role, you'll help manage day-to-day operations across the department, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do:

Handle admin tasks
Maintain accurate records and manage internal data
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Support project tracking, reporting, and customer communications
Participate in meetings, category reviews, and competitor analysis

The person

Skills/Attributes:

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
