Customer Account Manager

Our client is a leading Scottish B2B technology company providing innovative SAAS technology solutions to customers globally, with a big focus on exceptional customer support and strong relationships.

They're now looking for a customer-focused, highly-commercially aware Customer Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive product adoption and maximise customer value across our client portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who really enjoys building and working on long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customers achieve the best possible return from their investment.

What you'll be doing

Manage and developing your portfolio of existing customer accounts across the UK and international markets, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals and demonstrate ROI and drive customer engagement levels via proactive relationship management.
Identify and develop account revenue growth plans and collaborate closely with internal sales teams on expansion opportunities.
Support smooth onboarding for new customers, delivering product training, product demos & effective onboarding. What you'll ideally need to have

Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or Relationship Management and B2B experience.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills, ideally within a SAAS environment.
Commercially driven, organised, consultative style and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive, proactive mindset. In return you'll receive
