Major Job Functions:
Execute the Finning growth strategy with defined mutual customers in alignment with your peer group of customer account managers.
Build key strategic relationships with various key stakeholders (Board Level to Site Manager) with a view to understanding their long-term needs and requirements.
Proactively advise on ownership strategies and repairs based on the application the customer operates and production requirements needed from the assets.
Utilise machine and operator performance using onboard telematics from the equipment. Analyse fault codes and act on data provided by SOS analysis, (Oil Sampling) to prevent machine failures prior to the event – increased machine uptime. – Drive Proactive vs. Reactive work methodology.
Advocate a strong Sales Excellence ethos, utilising CRM (Saleslink), Dealsheet (Quoting tool), opportunity management and dispute resolution

Specific Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to network within the industry
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to take technical data, translate and present engagingly to a senior audience
Knowledge:
Machine application and site operational knowledge within the quarrying industry
Mechanical Understanding of HME
Commercial and operational understanding of lifecycle ownership of quarrying equipment
Aftermarket go-to-market experience from a service-based organisation
