We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Maidstone to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in managing outbound calls, and building rapport with customers.

What we're looking for:

• Immediate availability - ready to start right away!
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload

Key responsibilities:

• Resolving queries
• Updating customer records
• Liaising with internal teams
