About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Acceptance team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and handling queries from customers and internal teams within the planning Department. You will also support planning by processing information and passing it over to them. This role is mainly Customer service but does have a bit of admin involved. As you gain more experience in the role, you will begin communicating directly with customers and creating quotations for them.
Key Responsibilities:
Create quotations and efficiently communicate with the planning department and customers regarding their quotes.
Process and address requests and queries from customers, the planning department team, and other industry parties.
Work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to meet targets.
Ensure all tasks are completed with a customer-focused approach, dealing with customer queries effectively.
Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (ability to work with reports and spreadsheets).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and stakeholder management.
