Description

• Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update digital platforms, including e-commerce and CRM systems.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist in marketing and digital campaigns tailored to customer needs.
• Support the development of tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Contribute to the optimisation of digital processes within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Profile

A successful Customer & Digital Specialist should have:

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Experience with supporting on IT software change & the implementation of AI
• A strong understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.

Job Offer
