Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels.
• Manage and maintain digital platforms to enhance the customer experience.
• Process orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information and support.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies and standards.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations as needed.

Profile

A successful Customer & Digital Specialist (Spanish speaking) should have:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
