Job Description - Customer & Leasing Manager

  • Raise the profile of Indurent with occupiers and their advisors so that we are the go-to landlord for occupational requirements at local, regional and national level across AM/DM and FF opportunities.
  • Understand the customers requirements to help advise Indurent on future trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with the leasing and agency strategies to ensure effective rollout through the Asset Management and Development teams and hold the agents accountable to KPI’s through regular engagement and monitoring.
  • Regular team engagement with agents to enhance Indurent’s visibility in the market with continued rollout of Go to Market knowledge sessions and new initiatives across all regions.
  • Generate leasing leads through regular business development and networking driving new and existing occupiers to both standing, forward funding and development portfolio.

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of market, comparable and competition data to ensure it is saved centrally and accessible to the wider teams.
Leasing
  • Assist in the delivery and active rollout of the agent and leasing strategy for Indurent.
  • Monitor and measure agent success and assist on recommendations for improving the regional agent and leasing strategy and changes to agents where required.
  • Support AM and DM teams with deal leads through website and occupier engagement
  • Work closely with the Asset management and Development Logistics teams to ensure continuity and effective rollout of marketing throughout the portfolio
  • Assist with the launches of new Indurent sites
Customer
  • Constant engagement with new and existing customers to ensure Indurent understand market and customer needs with regular reporting and insightful outputs shared
  • Constant networking and engagement with new, existing and potential customers and agents to ensure Indurent opportunities whether pipeline or portfolio are well known across all markets – local, regional and national
  • Assist with the rollout and delivery of customer workshops, initiatives and VIP teams.
  • Ensure AM and DM teams are regularly inputting into the customer insights hub.
  • Work with the marketing team and Head of Leasing to produce relevant materials for external awareness of Indurent (panel opportunities, round tables, networking events etc.)
  • Data
  • Assist the leasing manager to ensure regional agents are updating competition and comparable schedules on a monthly basis with all data saved centrally.

ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM
  • Market awareness of Indurent opportunities – strategic land, speculative pipeline, and portfolio
  • Customer engagement and reporting outputs
  • Agents KPI’s and reporting outputs
  • Good, consistent levels of engagement with customers and agents
  • Insightful and influential reporting
  • Streamlined leasing and marketing process throughout the Logistics team.
  • Data collection saved centrally.

  • A relevant degree, working toward the MRICS qualification or recently qualified
  • A good understanding of Industrial & Logistics market
  • Proficient with all main applications in the MS Office environment. Experience in using CRM systems would be beneficial
  • A UK Driver’s License is essential as well as access to a car
  • Experience of operating in a UK industrial and logistics Real Estate business
  • Strong and diverse professional network within the sector – occupational and agency
  • Excellent at building and maintaining external relationships
  • Curious, challenging and innovative mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen able to generate plans/ ideas and build a vision
  • A proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams and work effectively with a diverse range of people to create high performing team environments.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel frequently
