Customer Call Handler - 4 months- £12.71 per hour - Pontypridd - Immediate Start

Yolk Recruitment is working with a local company who require a call handler for an immediate start. Your personality and call handling skills will ensure great customer service is provided to their customers.

What you will be doing:-

Taking customer calls and re-directing to the relevant department
Scheduling jobs on systems for appointments to be arranged
Referring complaints to management
Collaborate with other departments for an efficient service
Administrative supportWhat you will bring to the role:-

Awareness of data protection

£12.71 per hour
37.5 hours a week
Hybrid working environment (initially will be in the office)
