Job Description - Customer Care Administrator

Join Our Team as a Customer Care Specialist!

What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding essential information.
  • Issuing accurate quotations using the correct part numbers and pricing systems.
  • Inputting and placing customer orders with precision.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of customer orders and quotations.
  • utilising Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP to manage data effectively.
  • Processing customer invoices and handling filing, scanning, and e-invoicing tasks.
  • Liaising with our colleagues in Germany to prioritise urgent orders.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team to enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are:
We're looking for a professional individual who embodies the following qualities:

  • Computer Literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus!
  • Confident & organised: You can manage your time and tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic & Willing to Learn: You have a passion for developing your skills.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Educated: Minimum GCSE or equivalent, including Math and English.
  • authorised to Work in the UK: You have the eligibility to live and work in the UK.
