Customer Care Technician / Operative

£40,000 | Permanent | Maidstone Kent

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Technician / Operative to join an established construction business on a permanent basis.

The role is approximately 80% customer care, covering pre-completion snagging, defects and 12-month homeowner inspections. During quieter periods, you will also support Site Managers on development sites with general construction duties.

The ideal candidate:

* Previous customer care, aftercare, snagging or construction experience is essential

* Trade skills would be advantageous but not crucial.

* Good computer and smartphone skills

* Based within a reasonable commute of Maidstone.

Salary: £40,000
Location: All projects are based in Kent.
