We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact to their customers lives as concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

The Role

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between our customers and the resolution of their issues. You will:

• Coordinate with site managers, maintenance operatives, and contractors to resolve customer issues swiftly.
• Utilise our advanced computer systems to meticulously record customer interactions and track problem resolution.
• Provide stellar support to homeowners, ensuring all communications are handled professionally according to the Customer Care Policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Has experience in customer care, ideally within construction or another associated industry (this is desirable)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Confident enough to build relationships on a face-to-face basis
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Is adept at problem-solving and can maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be able to drive
