Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and resolve incoming service issues to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Review customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and other support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
• Foster a collaborative environment by providing support and guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Strong ability to motivate and manage multiple internal and external teams effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools, including Excel.
