Customer Care Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, resolving queries and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service throughout.

Reporting to the Customer Care Director, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries relating to remedial works, coordinating contractors and service providers and ensuring issues are progressed through to a satisfactory conclusion. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, a calm and professional approach and the confidence and determination to manage expectations.
