Customer Care Liaison Officer

Customer Liaison Officer required for a new, permanent role in the Washington/Sunderland area.

The Role

This is a customer service role but it is not in a call centre, we are looking for someone to support a field based team of surveyors and engineers as part of a renewal programme of works.

Based in the main office, you will deal with calls from the public, explaining to them the nature of the work to be carried out. Once the surveyor has been to the property, you will liaise with the planning team and get the work booked in.

The Person

Applications are welcome from people with plenty of customer service experience, strong IT skills and, ideally some experience of the construction sector but this isn’t essential.

Remuneration

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum.
