Job Overview

Customer Care Manager job in Midhurst for a residential developer working across two high-end listed building conversion developments. This permanent role is suited to an experienced customer care professional with construction knowledge, overseeing customer service from exchange through completion and the defects process while coordinating closely with sales, production, site teams and subcontractors.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage customer communication from exchange through completion

Coordinate customer care across two residential developments

Complete quality inspections and monitor outstanding defects

Maintain plot records using Fieldview and COINS

Deliver home demonstrations and support customer handovers

You will also attend build and sales meetings, coordinate subcontractors and support consistent presentation, construction and customer service standards.

Skills & Experience Required

At least five years' relevant construction or customer care experience

Practical knowledge of residential construction processes

Previous team management experience

Listed building experience is desirable

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

You will also need good financial awareness, knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities, computer literacy across Word, Excel and email, and a clean driving licence. Housebuilding experience is advantageous but other relevant customer care management backgrounds will be considered.

Salary & Benefits

Circa £55,000 total package

£4,500 car allowance included

Hybrid working after probation

Regular attendance across both sites
