Job Title: Customer Complaints Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £22,500 - £26,000 (Up to £29,000 OTE)
Hours: 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

We're searching for some seriously amazing individuals who have a knack for helping others, through a friendly phone call, a tweet, or a well-crafted email. Your job? Tackling customer problems and questions and making sure every interaction leaves them with that coveted 5-star ROI experience. You'll be joining a winning team known for delivering top-quality service. This job is fast-paced, with our team handling a ton of calls, emails, and messages every day – all while working under tight deadlines. So, sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a must.

You’ll also need some resilience. People usually call Customer Service when they need help, so be ready to handle those tricky calls with a can-do attitude, professionalism, and a smile. Don't worry; we'll have your back with all the training you need. And if you're the curious type, always asking "why?" and eager to learn, this could be your dream job.
