Customer coordinator

Location: City of London
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Office-based)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 + performance bonus

We're seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Coordinator to join our team in our London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in customer service, with no direct experience required.

• Managing customer correspondence through letters and emails
• Handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Resolving customer defects and queries efficiently
• Supporting the customer service team with various administrative duties
